Thank you for getting back to me, I was wondering when you generate leads to wholesale, The leads that you don't use because the seller wants retail, what do you do with them? What my strategy is, is try to get the owner to sell on a rent to own/lease option. If you don't keep those leads, would you mind sending them to me? and when I get a tenant/buyer in the property I would pay you a referral fee(we can discuss) if that works for you, would like to talk more.
