Thank you for getting back to me, I was wondering when you generate leads to wholesale, The leads that you don't use because the seller wants retail, what do you do with them? What my strategy is, is try to get the owner to sell on a rent to own/lease option. If you don't keep those leads, would you mind sending them to me? and when I get a tenant/buyer in the property I would pay you a referral fee(we can discuss) if that works for you, would like to talk more. Hello Everyone,

I'm being lazy, I know I could probably find something about direct mail, but what should I do when I send out mail, and it comes back to me, in other words unable to foward. Any suggestions please.

Registered rents are $165,084 per year. Current rental is around $150,000 due to prefatorily rents.

6 units have expired leases. 1st floor unit possibly delivered vacant.

Taxes $12,200

Water $12,000

Insurance $4500

Oil $9000

Electric $2200

Maintenance $4,200

Asking $3.8 will take $3,6 / $3.5

PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY OFF- MARKET. (LOCATED IN NYC).

Wanted to know how do you find out if a state or county uses a Title company or a Lawyer for transactions, for example- Lease Options, Wholesaling etc.

HI Everyone,

My Name is Willie, and I was wondering if you anyone needs help taking pictures, visiting a neighborhood etc ? I can work with you in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens. During the week I can commit 2-3 hrs per day after work,(unless i'm at a networking event) and Saturday and Sunday up to 10 hrs total. All I ask is that you include me when you run the numbers, show me how you found the deal, who you talked to and whatever else you did to find and fund the deal, I'm not asking for any compensation.
