It depends on your goals. Wholesaling can be a great way to generate cash quickly with very little risk. We wholesale single family deals and reinvest in multi family. Develop a strategy and be disciplined. Good luck!

There are so much to learn about REI, I would recommend investing close to home where you can be hands-on for your first few deals. Once you are comfortable, then expand to other markets.

Flipping is a great way to generate cash. To really get wealthy, have a very disciplined strategy to roll your profits into passive income producing property.

Any specific person on Fiverr?  Seems a bit overwhelming to comb through all the offerings.
