Hi Robert,

I grew up in Spring and have been looking there for a future investment properties.  I know the area well, have family that own properties there and I visit there 1-2 times per year.  Have you felt good about the area you invested in so far?  Also, were you able to get in the $1200-$1300 range for your tenants or did you have to drop them a bit to fill the vacancy?  Any recommendations on lenders/property managers?  Thanks!
