@Kenneth Johnson HaHa no worries bud. Funny thing is that I set up my account here years ago, and used my hometown of Buffalo. I actually live in Scottsdale, AZ...which seems like it could be tough just starting out.

So my partner lives in Cumming, and we do residential there...along with commercial stuff when it pops up.

I assume from her voicemails that her asking price is way above comps, but I'll dive deeper to see if there might be an opportunity here.

I stumbled on an owner of an off-market commercial building in Cumming, GA during my last direct mailing to absentee SFH owners.

She has called me twice- offering it up for sale at xxx million.

What is the best way to find potential buyers for this one?
