Sure thing.

I paid 45 cents per postcard...that includes everything except the list.

My list was 15.5 cents per record.

Happy to share my printer if interested pm me.

Define "success".

I mailed 2500 postcards last Friday...got 10 calls so far(almost 1/2 percent).

3 were non-prospects...7 are absentee homeowners with a home in our target area.

Spoke with 6 of them so far...one got pissed at our offer...the other 5 get it and were cordial.

Meeting with one next week- is motivated to do something.

A couple of others may be motivated down the road.

Bottom line? I went from reading about how to do it to doing it...learning a ton along the way.

@Nick Collins - I did my first mailing last Friday using ListSource...but was unable to get enough records when I tried to target older owners.

Would you mind sharing your list source with me?

And by the way...got 10 calls so far out of 2,500 mailed...so ratio is low- but 7 out of 10 are real people with various stages of motivation...so all good from a learning standpoint for me.

Hey Blake,

Just mailed out our first run of 2,500 last Friday to absentee owners...using yellow postcards.

8 calls so far...1 remove from list...1 already sold...1 is a commercial building.

The other 5 are a combination of tire-kickers/what can you offer? But- great practice talking to homeowners for the first time and getting it all down.
