I'm wondering after the introductory interest rate promotion what is the rate you all see these credit cards go up to? ALso what is your strategy at that point?

That's great to hear @Tyler Jahnke! Was it a turn key property?

@Ken Calvin it's a minor issue I am experiencing. my last email to them they never responded which annoyed me a bit. I will reach out soon just to make sure we are on the same page. They do great rehabs. I always hear Alabama and Dayton OH are really good. I would certainly recommend RWN and I have already on several occasions. Thanks for sharing!

I was hoping some members could share a strategy they use to take advantage of the equity on their investment properties. Does anyone have lines of credits on investment properties, equity loans or do cash out refinances? any other strategy we would love to hear about.

@Ken Calvin ok that's great. Yeah I am actually very impressed by the renovations the Cleveland provider does. They have a steller reputation but I never did business with them. I have purchased from Columbus OH which is going well, although usually I don't get my rent on the date it is supposed to arrive. It is supposed to arrive on the 15th but usually I need to send an email to see why I haven't received it on the 18th or even as far as the 20th. Not sure if that is what you experience with Alabama.
I also am closing on one very soon with Detroit and they did a great rehab as well. Inspection next week. All in all I am happy with RWN.

@Ken Calvin please tell me what area did you have a negative experience and what area are you having a positive experience? I don't need the name of the company, just the area they cover. I am also a member and have purchased a couple of properties from them.

@Michele B. Sorry, it is on an investment property I do not live in. So you can get an equity line of credit just not a home equity line of credit you are saying?

I am just doing some research on this strategy. If you get HELOCs on your investment properties please let us know what bank or institution you use. Also what is your strategy in using your investment property HELOC?
Also please let us know what are the terms you usually look for on your HELOC? 80%? 75%?
