Can anyone please advise me where I can find out what the Florida state legal requirement is for a bedroom? We have an 11X7 room with a large window and a closet. I feel it should be documented as a bedroom and not a den. I was wondering how I can legally have this home documented as a4 bedroom instead of 3 bedroom with a den.

Ohh yea Clayton Morris hasn't stopped putting out content for a second. He just tried to brush all of this under the rug and keep moving along like it never happened. Doesn't look like it's going to work for him though. A quick google or Youtube search of his name brings up bad press and a multitude of videos exposing what happened. Lol, he's still trying to ignore all of it though.... lol, well outside of suing me for $7.2 Million that is.

I was shocked to see Kathy Fettke on a recent podcast. I guess she didn't look him up to see whats going on

Yea, so the idea is that you take advantage of HELOC's daily balance calculation and leverage your personal expenses such as cars, food, utilities etc etc. You make one lump sum payments out of your HELOC into your MTG principal, then throw your entire paycheck at the HELOC to bring the interest down. As your expenses come through, you pay them out of HELOC (ex: Vehicle payment on the 15th - 15 days of interest saved. Utilities on the 24th - 24 days of interest saved. etc etc)
I have tried talking to a few people who claim this works. Nobody was able to provide the math.
So.... i figured i'd ask in this thread since its Morris related.
Just use Natali's advice and pay your mortgage off using your LLC. It should only take a few months using that method...
If that doesn't work there's always Portugal lol

@James Wise and him commenting on bigger pockets makes it obvious he still monitors the forums. I never doubted it.
