Bryan I agree with Barry Goldwater.

I find it sad that the bill of rights and constitution are shredded for our "security"

Benjamin Franklin said those who desire to give up freedom in order to gain security will not have, nor do they deserve, either one.

And while I respect and admire the men and women who are willing to fight for our country, I disagree that we are fighting in foreign countries to defend our freedom.

Furthermore, if we were fighting to defend our freedom, we would start by fighting the stripping of our rights here at home.

Thanks to all of you for the sound advice.

I will be utilizing it as soon as our POF is straight in the account. Right now its scattered over 3 accounts and only 1/3 of what we will have in a month or two.

When (not if) I am successful with our first REO deal, I will come back to this thread and post the success story.

Oh I almost forgot. I will not be spamming offers at all. Thanks again.

Wow real estate investors are fertile! Congrats

I am thankful for my wife and 2 boys, and all of us being in good health. Looking forward to many good memories with my family in the coming years.

I truly believe gratitude is the best emotion to feel every day. Of course thats every day.

On thanksgiving I will be thankful for the turkey naps and football!

How will ending The Fed help? What would be the replacement? I personally think it would be easier to modify the current system instead of doing something like a wholesale change.

I do not know what it would be replaced with, I would have to ask someone like Ron Paul. He probably doesent even have a good answer for that. I dont think it can be replaced actually.

"Central Banks" are international. There are central banks installed in most of the world now, and they control economies in many nations, much like they control ours. Of course the Federal Reserve is our central bank, and therefore will never be dismantled as it would muck everyone up.

If the system is salvageable from here thats fine. But I still think that the Fed should at least be transparent with Congress. Too much goes on without our elected representatives having any oversight.

As a rule, would you say most contracts are sold as they are? Or are there amendments made to alot of them by the end buyer in which you must go back to the seller and do their dirty work.

First of all, like someone said get a certified check for a deposit, so they cant cancel the payment on you. The remainder of the funds due to you, should be paid at closing by the title company. Meaning, he shouldnt have to write you a check at closing, just a check to close escrow.

I have not done as many wholesale deals as everyone here, but I have NEVER changed my original contract. Aside from moving the closing date a few days I would never do that anyway.

Buyers know up front that they are getting the property as-is, they know when they have to close by, they know that they need to do their due dilligence before giving me a deposit. So the contract would just reinforce those things when it comes over their fax.

No its not illegal. At all.

No reference for you. Because I am not posting contracts and HUDs on a public forum to show you its not illegal.

I agree. Cant the treasury just stop payments to the Fed? If tax dollars arent used to pay down the interest on our ever increasing deficit, that would pretty much be the end of the Fed.

Although I cant help but worry that the folks at the top of that pyramid wont allow it. Thats why I am surprised that the mainstream media even discussed how money is created "Quantitative Easing".

You know what is awesome about the too big to fail banks (the ones that are in the FED)? They gave themselves cheap easy money to lend. The notes got sold off at a profit (paid right away). They got bailed out by our tax dollars (yay!). And now they get to seize all of the property back, and sell it again.

Doesent sound like an auction if the seller does not have to sell to the winning bidder.

I couldn't even land a decent paid proxy service. I would love to have about 6 of them. I have 3 IP addresses at home to switch around, but thats nowhere as good as a relaible proxy server.

Whatever you do, if its successful do not put your strategy on a public forum. Otherwise they will find a way to counter, as they have done so many times in the past.
