Or perhaps having honesty and integrity comes with having and maintaining core beliefs. Some people call that principles. He doesn't post here as much any more but one liberal I respect well above most is Eddie Ziv. One of his first posts included the words, "I am very liberal." I can respect that when a guy comes out and admits it and doesn't try to hide behind some other label because liberalism may not be popular with a certain crowd. I think he's wrong on some things but his core beliefs don't allow him to view a particular situation the same way I do. Would it be virtuous for me to demand he change his core beliefs just to agree with me?

Thats cool.

But what I meant was that most people develop a belief system. For instance there are people who absolutely believe in Global Warming. To the point where they want to stop cows from farting and people from driving.

Even if you held a gun to Al Gores head and made him confess, and showed this person every piece of data available clearly showing the earth cooling, that person will not change their belief system.

Furthermore some people when they have these beliefs challenged can get very nasty defending it. Those are the people who will not admit they are wrong, because of their beliefs.

Good bro. The only reason I can think that the guy wants to pay outside closing is because he wants to get a conventional mortgage. In which case you don't want him as a buyer anyway.

If he has cash for closing, or hard money, there is no reason for you to be paid outside the closing.

Yeah, we are not flying any more. I have 2 boys and there is no way that is happening to them at 3 and 4 years old. Its going to take a lot of house flipping for a private jet!

Oh yeah, and the naked body scanner they have will save a naked image of you in their database. All while given you radiation as an added bonus!

Every day we are treated more and more like cattle. Don't blame Obama or Bush. Its not like a vote for either side will change the stripping of our rights, or constant increase in "security"

We The People should be changed to We The Sheeple.

Its pretty obvious neither "side" will get the job done. Everyone knows 8 years of Bush sucked. Obama seems the same if not worse. These people dont care about you, they cater to those that got them in office.

these courses and definitions are filled with LAW. that can get quite boring, and really has less to do with what you should do to get or close business, and more to do with What you shouldn't do. At least that was my experience

Wow this place is ridiculous. Its like the 3rd thread I have seen in 2 days about buyers getting the run around. It seems like they seriously need new management.
