@Elizabeth Bassett Yes indeed, the market is tough but persistence is the key. I use online marketing strategies i.e. SEO on Google and Facebook and it has been working out quite good. I generate leads through my multi-touch direct mail marketing as well. Let me know if you looking for any wholesale deals in Dallas or Fort Worth.

I just joined BP today and first thing I did was to upload my pic. I think it is very important for any person to have a profile picture so that people can relate, put a name to a face and it also help build personal rapport.
Cheers!

Hello all,
I'm a Dallas/Fort worth based real estate investor. I just wanted to introduce myself as I joined bigger pockets. Even though I have been in real estate investment for quite some time but it is a continuous learning experience for me and I'm looking to expand my network and learn as much as I can from new to experienced/seasoned investors.
Thank you,
Sid

Hello,
I have a question related to tax purposes. I'm currently negotiating a deal and it is a subject to/loan assumption. Would it make sense to create a new LLC for these types of deals for liability reasons and ease of filling tax?
