Adding on to what Bruce was saying above, I have noticed a lot of good agents come out of Keller Williams and have always heard good things about their training. 

Training and mentorship should be the main drivers behind your choice.

Hey Markus! 

I would suggest learning the markets and networking first. If Charlotte is your target market, great, its my backyard. But I definitely would network first. You don't want to overpay, and you want to be in the best areas.
