@Marcus Hairston how do I find the owner of a property after driving for dollars? I don’t want to go through the courthouse because it’s time consuming. I have looked this particular property up and the last time it sold was 1990!! It’s not currently for sale, but it’s a distressed property and wanted to talk to the owner to see if she or he is willing to sell! Thank you!!

@Marcus Hairston Hi Marcus thanks for replying. I am currently looking for my first investment to wholesale. I think it’ll be easier to get into the real estate business this way. I’ve looked at hundreds of homes in the East Baltimore area, looked at comps and I’ve been looking into buyers as well. I’ve been doing research for a few months now and I think I’m ready to make a deal, calling and putting an offer seems to be where I hesitate.
