Hello everyone! I haven't been very active here in a while so I'll re introduce myself. I'm a 20 year old wholesaler located in Chicago, IL. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could recommend Investor friendly attorneys or title companies you use in Illinois. 

For the states that require attorneys, can you just take it to the title company if they're ran by attorneys? I'm in Illinois and I'm looking for attorney recommendations. The few I've talked to don't deal with wholesaling much.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a investor friendly attorney in Illinois who will look over my contracts and tell me which one is the best, give suggestions, and most importantly be there for closing!
