I am looking for properties in the Plaza Midwood and NoDa areas. I am also interested in some of the surrounding areas. Full rehabs and tear downs are welcome. Please advise if you come across anything in that area.

Thanks. I didn't see that on your profile so I was just curious how you went about it if you weren't licensed. My fiance is going to obtain hers as soon as we can free up the time for her. It will prob be another year before we can do that. We're currently using CRS data for comp info etc. Are there any other resources you use besides MLS?

I may have my hands on a very similar situation soon. I'll be very interested to see how this shakes out. I would also assume he's already worked in his assignment fee to this price if you're not speaking directly with the seller. Keep us updated on how this works out!

Do you know how much equity your sellers have? Would they be open to a seller finance deal? Read pretty much the entire thread, but forgive me if someone already touched on these topics.
