What are total yearly taxes for the properties? Annual expenses with PM?

Can you provide some more information on this property? Yearly taxes, estimated expenses, how much work does it need, pictures?

@Jay Hinrichs Do you have an iPhone? Or something else? If it's an iphone. Plug it into your computer. It should automatically prompt you to import the images from your phone to the computer. It's a bit tricky to explain over text. But there's nothing that YouTube can't help you out with ;)

Hey guys, This has been a very controversial question that I want to resolve once and for all. Do you need 2 years land lording experience to qualify for FHA financed duplex where you can use the other units income (60 or 70%) as additional income to qualify for the property? So this has somehow been brought to my intention and I'm interested if anyone has some insight on the matter. 

Is there any way to locate soon to be or recently divorced couples who own property? 

I know it's not the most ethically sound way to find deals considering the scenario, but it does seem like an interesting way to find deals?

Would love to hear your thoughts about this.
