@Justin Brennan $83k a door sounds like a lot for a C+ asset. At least a C+ where I am. What are rents there? How much will you have to put in to complete your expected upgrades? And what are you expecting rents to go to after rehab? Not trying to nit pic your deal man, just trying to learn as I have some interest level in KC. Thanks!
