If the deal presents the opportunity for a great ROI, perfect! If not, keep looking! Less emotional, more practical decision process. ➞ When my investors make money, they are happy. They typically buy more houses. My goal is to build a mutually beneficial long-term relationship. I do not just "turn and burn" deals for a quick commission. Integrity is crucial. ➞ Regardless of the current economic situation, there is always a play to invest in real estate.
