From what I remember it’s affordable, you can print checks and they update their system quite often.

Make sure to check out local laws to see if STRs are allowed and if they have restrictions (like they can only operate 180 days/year or you can only have one STR).

Local real estate meetups and investor groups are great for networking and finding mentors, and you can usually find them through BiggerPockets events, local Facebook investor groups, or checking for REIA meetups in your area.

For inspections, simplify to milestone-based photo/video plus one surprise spot check, and disclose exact draw timelines and fees before closing.
