I would like to study to prepare but I don't know if its enough with youtube videos which is what I was recommended.

Easier said than done, but I would think creating something for yourself, lets just say you have 16 year olds on youtube wholesaling, if they can do it you can as well. 

The trust one can build up over the years on platforms like BP, Youtube and others is insane.
