If you host it during the evening, most not too busy restaurant would probably let you use the space for free, in exchange of attendees purchasing food & drink.

Last time they probably had close to 50 attendees.

In my experience, most of the attendees are not very friendly (they don't want competitors).

@Maria Hinton - It's unfortunate that the Real Estate Expo is such a major sales pitch - I haven't been myself, but I've heard the same for many attendees.

Parking is free in the flat lot for meeting attendees.
