Fix your cabinet with the missing door, remove the stickers from the mirror and window, close the toilet lid, sweep and mop the floors, use a wide-angle lens, and take pictures from an appropriate angle.

lol ...that's middle class house.but yea nothing make sense if we see current valuation using past mirror, but if we're alien came from future then we may say "oh this makes sense".The point is these are nothing of homes selling for 500k, most do not even have a garage.

They are even featured in articles, have been profiled and interviewed in the local media outlets, look really good online etc. and have a reputation around town as being highly successful because they have been busy buying a lot of units and making themselves look successful even while doing what I would consider very bad deals.It's smoke and mirrors.

So I do want to clarify a few things about how my property is furnished that I assumed was implied, but my potential MTR does have the following: - Washer/Dryer- 75 inch mounted TV - Fridge/Microwave - Kitchen Appliances (silverware, pots/pans, soap dispensers, coffee maker, cutting boards, etc) - Multiple large mirrors on walls, fake plants around the home, living room carpet/coffee table in additon to couch. - Full office with a desk and a deskchar plus filing cabinet. - Bathroom towels, hair dryer, soap, toilettires, etc. - Grill in the backyard.
