Premium products and homes, that standout and are separated from the others in the area will always rent to the best and at the highest price.For example we just rented a 3 bed 3 bath home in franklinton for 2200, pretty high if you look at comps, but there was also no other 3 full bath, with off street parking, and a washer and dryer included on the 1st floor.

For 6 units I figure 150 amps per apartment and 300 amps for the common areas, central air units, washers and dryers, and the like.With the push for all electric living, don't be surprised to see simple apartments at 200 amps and common areas at 400 - 500 amps (electric water heaters and dryers being big draws).

I have found that the best material is a performance velvet or tight weave, where they can't get their nails in and the hair doesn't get stuck in the fabric.
