After reminders from @Tom V. about my prior experience and expertise, I'm wondering how much my thoughts about testing the trailer/airstream/tiny home concept out (or even living on a temporary living situation there myself and renting out my nice apt on AirB&B) are influencing my thoughts about this property if there were no consideration for the temporary living aspect. hmmm....

  ( she is a stay at home mother who works her tail off to maintain the house hold)- Buying things when she wants- Lifestyle- Marriage adjustments.- Daily adjustments- and list can go on but you get my point.My gain.- Home everynight- Spend more time with the family- Watch my kids grow up- Not having to travel to work and be gone for 28 days in the middle of the ocean.- Less dangerous job.I will be walking away from my 250k year job in June of 2015 to follow my dream.

The catch is the household income cannot exceed $60,000 I think is the number and you have to live there I think for 5 years or you have to Prorate and repay the grant.
