This makes it good for doing business and travel because they do not have to go into Atlanta.There is also a big loop being constructed in Canton that will mitigate 575 traffic.

There are some areas on the east side of the city that aren't too bad as well, but that is farther than I travel right now.

For me, the simple way to explain it is the road less traveled. 

Traveling in one of these as a rental might be interesting.  

When you travel somewhere with a family you get a whole apartment for the price of a hotel room.

I live in Philly but travel to scranton often.

Many of these investors don't have big bank accounts with money to burn, and cannot afford to travel to other states should something go awry.

I don't pay an attorney's hourly rate for para-legal work, coping fees, actual mailings at a post office, travel time ot other such administrative support matters, IMO, that is not legal counsel but clerical or messenger work.
