As the world's official worst speller, I always paste it to Word for a spell check!

I think the IRS can create a senior lien, not sure.When a foreclosure officially starts, a "lis pendens" or "notice of demand" or some such is created and recorded.

I'm not in the Bay area but you want to make sure they are officially able to handle the task of electrician, carpenter, plumber etc.

I'm not having any luck finding the official policy governing how long we have to hold, how much profit can be made, etc from the HUD site(s).

I'm also interested in a more local meetup and if there's not an official/reoccurring meetup in northern Utah that doesn't require a membership, would people be interested in having one?

It's official and I'm excited I was able to get it done thanks in no small part to the material and excellent content and motivation from listening to the BP Podcasts.

Hey BP family, as I stated in my goals, im trying to figure out how to build a large portfolio of rentals (for rental income of 5k+ monthly)in the NJ/NY area.My situation; I've been making 40k a year for the past 3 years (steady job)-this coming July I will hit 2 years since bankruptcy (so I should be fine in that aspect)- I have about 15-20k liquid cash-credit is slowly getting better at 620 nowSo this summer I'll officially be looking to purchase multi-family home in NJ area, I picked NJ cause a lot of REO dupelx/triplex are going for under 150k.
