Fabiola, I have a good tile guy who works for a large company but does weekend projects on the side.

I went to a paid legacy education weekend boot camp in Nov. 2018.

I think in general with these weekend episodes, it is likely we will see more variation in how episodes are received by our audience as we bring on a more diverse range of guests from non-real estate backgrounds.

Most people are booking full weeks at a time instead of just weekends, they have even had a few full month guests. 

@Thomas Corley I’m in north San Diego county and know about half a dozen people who have recently bought weekend places in lake havasu with several planning to move there permanently either at retirement or if working from home.

I then rehabbed the property doing most of the work myself, it re-appraised for a lot more than I paid so I was able to get my mortgage insurance dropped and this made my monthly payment lower.Once the property was rehabbed I rented it out on Airbnb on the weekends while my wife and I stayed in a friends extra bedroom.

I'm renting one this weekend in Nashville for 60% below normal listing rate (according to the app).

They snuck out one weekend and left a giant mess.
