Looks like your county also offers online search access here: https://www.waynecountylandrecords.com/recorder/web/login.jsp Or you could speak to a local title company about obtaining a preliminary title report.

So i figured, through all blogs here, to get access to MLS i have to be licensed agent. but i found this one http://www.mls.com/ and its only 49.00$ a monts and didn't require any proof of license. so my question: am i using a wrong web?

New front door in, new sliding glass back door in, demo going.So here's my newest question, and I think it's a yes, given that we are upon black friday, and I saw a deal for stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, range, fridge) for about 1500... would you put appliances in a flip (going to sell on contract most likely)
