Goodman/Amana, Lennox/Armstrong/Concord, Trane/American Standard, Carrier/Payne/Bryant/Tempstar.Most internal HVAC equipment is made by fewer manufacturers...Emerson, Honeywell and Johnson Controls.IMO, the biggest difference is the installer and the reason why some brands get higher ratings by consumers is they are selective about who they allow to install their brands.Check out this link.

I was thinking of city data in a generic way the votes and posts that @JM Payne referred to kind of does that tho. 

My first duty stations include:Naples Italy, Everett, Washington,Bremerton Washington, Rota Spain, and am currently stationed in the beautiful island of Okinawa, Japan.I have a 2-year-old named Liam and a beautiful wife named Jessica.Even though I have lived in Washington State on two of my duty stations, I was attached to a ship that was predominantly gone from most of my time so in reality, I have lived almost my entire adult life away from the United States.I have been very interested in real estate investing for the past couple of years but it has been very difficult for me to find out a starting point.

:I would agree with @John Moore and I love @Walt Payne enthusiasm and understand where he is coming from, but as a contractor and home inspector the cost can get out of hand quickly, so I would not start out with a water damage property.
