My HOA has stopped allowing access to the homeowners to both the sauna's and clubhouse. 

It works well in the room, but it doesn't dehumidify anything but the 10 by 10 area it is in so we need to use a portable in the bathroom and the closet.

This is good because 1) no additional re portable income 2) I know if a tenant is serious or not if they go online and actually do it.

Under the newest tax laws that just came into play in December, an individual can gift or die with a combined $11.18M before being subject to transfer taxes (and $22M per couple with portability or split gifts). 

Do you know of any short-term or system that is portable if new owner does not want to assume a contract.  

Plus, my complex had 4 pools, 4 hot tubs, a gym/sauna, and security onsite that kept and held packages. 

Based on feedback from other hosts I will probably add a TV in the living room and portable air conditioning in the bedroom this Spring.I am very careful not to allow long stays because I want families that are vacationing -- not homeless people who seek to establish residency. 

My 1st house had an indoor hot tub in a sauna type room with cedar paneling.

Works great... easy to install and portable.  

The east facing balcony has great sunlight in the morning.Some Shared Amenities include: Pool, Tennis Courts, Sauna, Beach Access, Car Wash, Heated Underground ParkingTenant to pay electricity utility.I've recently mailed 45 Postcards to all the other tenants in the Condo building offering a $200 Referral.
