I enjoy helping Bigger Pockets members with tips and loopholes and mostly avoid lost time and money!

I'm particularly passionate about multi family and new construction homes Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids in the outdoors. 

Its was alot of long days but enjoyed the grind and building something from nothing.  

They did provide me with ample amount of documentation and they were extremely responsive and quick to answer any question I had.

Really enjoyed reading this — super practical take on running a lean, profitable wholesaling business today.
