Hello, I'm a 30 year old dairy Farmer from Minnesota and I had some questions for you bigger pockets real estate geniuses.

If it's on the Missouri side, I have done approximately 30 rental real estate transactions with a small bank named Adams Dairy Bank in Blue Springs.  

I don't eat eggs or dairy straight.  

One of the questions was: is the site next to a dairy?

My first job was at a Dairy Queen so I don't have bagger experience like a lot of you. 2018 could be a pivotal year of change for me.   

Were the same silly arguments to be put forth in the dairy industry, cow farmers should be called milking parlor investors.

The house is a "special" case with two huge out buildings one being a massive modernized gambrel style dairy barn and the other is a custom build shop/rv garage and many inspectors to not give a fair value to out buildings so it may not appraise at the agreed upon price.

You could rent to a small dairy farmer and a chicken farmer.

I have sold and installed over 50 million dollars worth of solar on all types of buildings and businesses, factories, warehouses, storage facilities, multi family buildings, a dairy farm, a Christian TV station etc.

I do my best to stay away from sugar, dairy and gluten as it causes inflammation in my body and don't drink much alcohol.
