The Clark Fulton neighborhood is smack dab in the middle of the action of the 3 most gentrified neighborhoods in Cleveland, Ohio City, Tremont & Gordon Square.Beyond the location being ripe for development with it's close proximity to the action & of course downtown it's got the Metro Health Main Campus right there on w 25th which is just south of a major business / nightlife district on w 25th street which includes ultra popular businesses such as Ohio City Burrito, ABC the Tavern, TownHall, Great Lakes Brewing Company, Market Garden Brewery and Crop Bistro & Bar.

Court rulings in PA already have struck down an appeal from a tavern owner who lived upstairs and wanted to redeem; property was commercial, not residential in that ruling.

In our market here in PDX this has defiantly happened.. and I see it happening in many major areas.. you had the flight to the burbs.. now you have those same people stuck in 2 and 3 hour commutes and they want back into the urban core.. also walk score in our area is HUGE>.. the millinials want to walk to things.. its very much back to the 1920's were you went to your corner tavern on Friday for fish fry.. and everything you needed was within walking distance.If a New Seasons or Whole Foods pops up into an area here WHAM housing follows.

Also Gadsby's Tavern was a favorite of Washington, Jefferson, Adams and Madison.

Tonight there is a meetup at hickory tavern in southern pines. 630-9ish.
