It has graduated to more options that favor both seller and buyer.As far as the seller rewards go, this in most cases will make the seller more money overall, eliminate the rental hassles. and improve their tax situations. 

You don't want to get locked into a career that requires you to live in a high-cost location.4 - Set goals and realize that you get satisfaction from hitting them not from the material rewards.5 - Listen closely and try to learn from others instead of trying to impress them with your own knowledge.6 - Take care of yourself physically. 

This is an exciting step towards building a rewarding and dynamic venture.

Focus on the fundamentals and you will get rewarded. 

You’ll learn plenty just by going through the process and once you’re comfortable with the systems, you can decide if you want to go further up the risk/reward ladder.

The current system kind of rewards impulsive "lazy" posting 4-answers vs engaging with platform.

I do not have my numbers as well organized as @Greg Scott but my estimate is upper 20% annual return on average.The 3 i am currently invested in, one seems likely to produce an outstanding return (High risk, high reward), one is conservative and is performing to projections, and one i have significant concerns about but has not had a capital call.
