Pookie and Ray Ray, the local crackhead scrappers probably have a dim flashlight and may be fooled into moving on the the next house.

It's intermittent because I was using that sink once in a while to rinse my hand whenever I reached inside the hole with a flash light.

I have worked for my father doing home improvement since I was old enough to hold a flashlight.

I would also recommend keeping a small toolkit in your car - especially a tape measure and flashlight!

on another note you might look up Ben Lybovich's blogs on buying pigs as he calls them  they are low priced houses that have a small return and no potential to go up in value.I do agree with  @Danny Olivo  you would do better to leverage into one or two higher priced property's that have a brighter future.RR 

Would probably look to stay here in the UK, hoping for brighter things in the future that could take me over The Pond! 

By October 2016, the condo was mine.Since then, my husband and I have done about $4000 of renovations to the condo (repainted walls and ceiling, refinished the hardwood floor, fixed up and reframed the electric fireplace, crazy amount of cleaning, refinished the sink, put in new blinds, brighter lighting fixtures, etc).
