If find a vaccine tomorrow, you might miss an opportunity. 

Imagine that none of the vaccines work, and we spend the next four years going in and out of Sheltering at home because wave after wave after wave after wave after wave after wave after wave after wave after wave of coronavirus keeps coming back

The unemployment benefits from CARES is significant as well which should also help renters meet their financial obligations.With all that said, however, I am still concerned post-June/July when the PPP 2.5 months of payroll expenses has been exhausted and there still is no cure/treatment/vaccine. 

I don’t see prices crashing to 2010 levels (which was the true bottom) but I don’t see them going up much for the next two years or so, unless we get a vaccine really quick.

And real research to cures and vaccinations.  

Someone here on these forums requires vet records to guarantee breed and up-to-date vaccinations, and I love that idea.

Depending on when people start to feel comfortable again, which will most likely not be until late fall based on when vaccines are scheduled to be distributed.

I did see in the ADA link above that you can ask for current vaccination records for service animals.

You Can ask that the dog has proper proof of vaccinations,, and you could ask that they carry additional insurance for their pet and proof of that.. 

If the US can make it through the Winter and the vaccine comes soon, I think the end of 2021, and definitely 2022-2023 will be good years.Tourism opened Oct 15th.
