The local CONNECTIONS are where the real value comes from.At the meetup this Wednesday, it seemed like over HALF of the attendees mentioned that they are looking for a good deal to buy.

Only downside is there wasn't a ton of opportunity for networking since it was virtual and you really couldn't see the other attendees in the sessions-Began raising capital for our deal, sent out investor offering and even recorded a webinar doing a walkthrough of the investment details, this was huge!

The restaurant gives the organizer a room for the meeting, on the assumption that the attendees are each going to order something.

Seminar attendees - this is especially true if you live in a city like Orlando where every know speaker comes and gives presentations.

Perhaps you can add a secondary room (or rooms) at the hotel for more attendees for the main stage events.Thank you!

They also host a fantastic meetup called Pints and Properties that usually gets around 80 attendees. 

We also have a ready market for short-term stays: students who attend the university during the summer for shorter courses, conference attendees, sports camps, etc.

For Focused Discussions to be successful, we need attendees to step up and volunteer to prepare a short (maybe 15 minute) presentation on a topic with which they are experienced.

You don’t even have to attend some conferences, some will publish a list of their speakers and/or attendees and you could simply reach out directly after researching their firms online.
