With demand for investment housing as it is, no glut of stock is possible, demand itself will counterbalance any potential supply stream short of 08/09 repeat and I don't see how BOA can go bankrupt over night taking with it 1/2 of the mortgage securities industry, THATS what 08/09 was, actually a bit worse.
