I do find it funny that everyone that I know that bashes paying for content does not own much real estate.  

They bash flippers on their website, but they are doing the exact same thing.

I know this does not happen to everyone, and I am not bashing corporate America, I just feel as though it is not suited for me.  

I don't think I have said anything to bash property managers as I feel that it is a necessary service to guard my wealth.

BTW, you should be wary of people like Robert kiyosaki who constantly bash college education.    

This is still America; understanding why someone would propose that type of all could help to contrive an ACTUAL solution -- in fact instead of bashing the law, I proposed a solution that would be SELF-SUSTAINING, helping people who might need the help, when they need the help...but also funding (and re-funding) the program.I personally have no problem helping folks when they need help -- but also protecting myself and other investors from scammers.
