To me, the market is always unpredictable, yet by acquiring the right investments and doing proper due diligence and research, one would never lose in the long term.

My problem is with my unpredictable work schedule which makes set time blocks very difficult to follow.

I never put more than 10% of my net worth in anything but RE; especially something as volatile and unpredictable as a theoretically illegal substance. 

Be very careful, folks using a lot of drugs or drugs for a long time can be very unpredictable and possibly dangerous.

Most lenders would have gone through the huge expense of foreclosure, had huge costs with continued holding costs, an unpredictable history ... and here I am making deposits and the borrower is happy as can be.

And I knew it was not a perfect situation (bc of the unpredictable nature of the borrower's income), but the loan WAS done properly....and I wanted to know exactly where I stood by running the credit check.

That might have been a fluke, but doing a whole flip project in a city that's so unpredictable is not something I'd ever want to tackle if I had to do it out of state.

You don't owe it to them to accommodate their potentially unpredictably murderous beasts.  

(Flipping in rural areas strikes me as a little more unpredictable.) 

If we sell anytime before some unpredictable future market crash, then we will make a phenomenal return on our cash.
