So basically, I decided to wholesale in Connecticut, around the Hartford area and Whethersfield.

I am a real estate broker up in Granby (Hartford County).  

So, NYC, Newark, Jersey City, Philadelphia, New Haven, Hartford, etc. are all having issues with crime and affordability. 

@Brandon Kaplan here are my thoughts on the greater Hartford (Hartford county, really) rental market in the event that you come up this far.

I am willing to share everything I know for the cost of lunch somewhere in West Hartford.
