You cannot personally benefit from the IRA such as by receiving income personally, nor can you inject value to the IRA via the provision of goods or services. 

We are now seeing big business injecting huge $ into this market. 

This injection of cashflow occurs at the time when most real estate projects are showing their lowest income and therefore produces a hit of cash at a time when any project could and can use it the most.I am in the process of refining pro forma models and vetting these factors and concepts with a CPA that I've used for 10 years for my renewable energy projects to make sure things are as they appear to be.

the property with the most 3-5 year stuff should be on your short list to sell now if you're cash-strapped and you can at least cut your loss without having to inject more cash. 

Miami you can get land that you can go 12 stories on right now for approx 1.2 million in Wynwood and Wynwood Norte which is the two best zips and some of the highest capital injections in the country. 

that is an other story.People need to seriously begin to inject logic into actions BEFORE they do or consider said actions.

The last thing this country needs is ANY more money injected into the economy. 

There may not be a lot of glamour to wholesaling, there's no TV shows about it, you are injecting yourself right into other people's financial and emotional problems and issues, but you're doing so as a problem and issue solver.
