Nevada has one of the lowest property tax rates in the country.

They were all high entry cost compared to other areas of the country and lower ROI but my operational costs were very low due to quality tenant base.

We live in such a politically manipulated world today you have to push through the BS but at the end of the day, the major corporations run the country and will dictate pretty much everything.To be fair we are in an intensely levered world of things today. 

Beats out Silver, self storage or country subdivision investments for fun. 

There are hotels for sale all over the country sometimes for as little as $10,000 per door.

I've never looked to much at it or hear much about anyone doing this, but seems super risky to me.Just saw an article the other day that said in most parts of the country flipping is tough right now.
