As the book points out we need a mentor so are considering nearby events or clubs.

There are a few good meet ups here in networking events.  

You need leading and lagging goals/indicators. 10,000 calls may be a great goal but if the lagging indicator is that brings in $10,000 where as going to five REIA events is a goal and brings in $10,000 which is better? 

If you need to expand your network, I'd recommend going to real estate events to meet people that can help you make the house hack a successful endeavor. 

My husband also attended the event with me but he didn't get or overlooked whatever they sent out that last day to secure the $750 tickets. 

In that event purchase rental property - single family or duplex and maybe house hack initially.
