When I started with computers we used magnetic cards, tapes and a green monochrome monitors.When I left the U of M soon after I met my wife in Detroit in 1988 was torn between pursing a career building and selling computers or going into home renovation where I had to most experience—I chose starting a home investment and renovation company.

Ok I got it that's how I up load my data for my GPS box's from Jeppesson. it used to be we had this disk type thing we would have to plug into something on the computer then put it in that thing.. now it goes on a little thumb thing and is quite a bit faster.. not sure if that's it. but its a subscription.. thanks

Might provide more leads to the agent, because... it's not just that agents want to get their listings sold, they also want to pick up buyers, and saying they can get a free buying report could be the lead generation magnet.

Visit on off hours (one morning, then an evening, then late at night, then mid day, etc) and make sure all of the neighbors like you (bring cupcakes) and have your cell phone (magnets keep them handy).

This is called a Lead Generation Magnet.

There is another option from a mobile bill pay like Square, where you can manually type in a card number from any card that has a 'chip' or magnetic strip on it- like a prepaid Visa card.
