I done a few purchases with contracts like this to start, then the attorneys for both sides with clean it up a bit and then both parties will sign that final P&S.The inspection is a key milestone so there's always a date or number of days for that (don't see a specific number of days in your contract).

I am not yet accredited with a NW of $1 million(conservatively I am probably 3-4 yrs away from achieving that milestone), and the alternate  avenue to be accredited(2 yrs of income above $200k) wouldn't work for me since my tax return makes it look like I earn substantially less than I do due to the foreign earned income exclusion.

Since I started in September I've been collecting knowledge and inching my way and passing milestones to my goal of Wholesaling a whopping1 property.

It's encouraging to see the milestones get closer :)   @Scott Trench  Great point. 

It's a huge milestone and the fastest way to build wealth.  

You make draws as milestones are completed and interest payments are deferred.

-I'd specifically like to get an estimate/ball park figure re how many homes I would be able to construct, taking into account the roads/communal areas that would need to be in place for the homes.2) The process and key milestones to get this developed from submitting an LOI/offer for the land all the way to construction/selling the homes3) Any good resources on the topic?

Just to give a frame of reference to anyone who would like to get to 10k a month in passive income, let me share a little about my journey to 10k a month so that you may be able to see at least what goes in to achieving that milestone.  

I see you "save the good stuff for the grownups" comment, an intellectual milestone for you, but no plan. 

My goal is to use a platform that provides project management functions to perform workouts with borrowers, assign tasks, provide milestones/timelines, a discussion component and preferably tax tracking.
