I sure hope this one is contained though and not a full blown melt down.. 

Stock Market "melt up" hasn't happened yet.

Flagstaff is beautiful, but cold in the winter with a lot of snow (it dumps and then melts & re-freezes - watch out for black ice), is mainly a college town, and is very cliquey (if you were not born and raised there, you will always be considered an outsider by the locals). 

Its too hard for her, she could have a melt down any  minute.Last night,I woke up in the middle of the night and looked at this bog and saw that @Jay said I should "run back into my rabbit hole"  I laughed so hard.  

It's a really good way for me to burn calories and keep lean (I typically don't eat anything while working on a property - maybe a small snack during the day - and so that helps also with being healthy). 

The TV and other items on the upper main floor were melted from the heat of the smoke.

When the resets started hitting, MBS started melting down.

When mortgage financing melted down and such was scarce at best, what happened? 

We get a LOT of water during our 'wet' season & snow melt!!!

I am in the process of adding better insulation in the attic of my 2 flat because I realized it was pretty poorly insulated causing the heat from the top unit to melt the snow on the roof.
