I have a SFR close to Wake Med that is nearing lease end and am all ears.

You can get a little better returns from students if you get just a little farther from the school and rent to grad/med/nursing students who take better care of the property, but there's so many homes close to the school (Tech Terrace - $500-$600/bedroom) and other neighborhoods where you can get a good return as well. 

I broke my collarbone snowboarding and am on so meds and that may be part of the reason I have yet to find anything about the rent.Any ways thanks in advance!

Its going to be a big spreadsheet, with at least 3 columns; low-end, med-end, high-end price.

And from your description of moving pets and hiding meds it seems you are talking about owner occupied SFH.

In 12209 you want to be on Delaware Ave or preferably west of it. 12208 is the area around Albany Med/Law schools which has a lot of good neighborhoods but prices are higher and cap rates are low.

Now that we know he has lung cancer and pneumonia, he was told they would need to treat the pneumonia before they can treat him for cancer so they gave him meds and sent him home.

I left pre-med to join the Marines, After 8 years I came home to return to school.

In treatment now, the meds kept me up, so here I am at 3:30 am!
