I think David Fair's uberly grossed out hoarder house took the crown here.... 

Nothing major but things like the crown molding and carpet need replacing, the fire place needs to be checked, the kitchen counters are formica, dated appliances but not too dated, etc.  

@Sarah SimpsonRTA is similar in most crown countries: CA, NZ, AU, UK, etc.I lived in Auckland NZ and renovated 5 properties and "lease 2 owned" 1 rental.RTA Residential  Tenancies Acts are all similar. :)

In fact, I own property in crown point and Cardiff.

Each unit is 1800 sq ft with high end features, such as: Granite counter tops, top of the line cabinets and vanities, 10 ft ceilings with crown molding, top of the line appliances, wide open floor plans with travertine floors, 3 beds 2.5 baths with a garage and an upstairs balcony.

I am looking at $5-$6k in part due to some drywall cutting we will have to do in a hallway and the plan is to remove/modify/replace crown molding to run the tubes behind it.Also - anyone had potential tenants or buyers be turned off by the appearance issue of having the interior units?

Then he finally introduced his product and said there were only a few for only 299$ and the crown STAMPEDES to the back of the room to buy it.

I'm looking to completely replace kitchen cabinets, counters, add crown moldings, and appliances. 

For a kitchen, you are looking at $5,000 - $10,000 depending on finishes which would include labor and materials (demo old kitchen, new cabinets (10x10 kitchen), new granite / marble countertops, kitchen sink with faucet, tile backsplash, kitchen appliances, crown moulding on the cabinets, and tile or hardwood on the floors).
