What is the best way to remove the infestation, or what is the best way to screen a pest control company?

They sold me a house that was supposed to need "minor" repairs, but instead required over $30,000 of foundation repairs, $45,000 of interior repairs and has been sitting empty for 3 months due to a termite infestation they failed to notice.

I swear it's haunted and is infested with junkies lol.

So to answer your question, the communities are mostly inner city working class but not gang infested blighted areas.

We have been in the Smokies a long time, and many guest accidents, some of them life threatening over the years, could have been avoided with an annual risk management walk-thru:- Loose or rotting steps- Nails poking up through deck boards- Stinging insect hives or infestations- Ceiling fans that are barely hanging on- Loose deck, stair, and landing railings- And oh, about a hundred other things!

Easy to fix and if the evidence is old and there are no current existing infestations, you may (not always) get away with a clean up.

It also gives me an option to withhold the security deposit if I find a mouse infestation after the move out.

Real estate is the most shark infested industry I know of and I'm versed in several, not just real estate.  

I'm looking for any kind of strategic approach to educating these tenants for one, and then also making a big dent in the rodent infestation.

I've seen a .15AC lot and house infested with these ants.
