To think the stock and bond markets are this violent and people are this nervous and that everyone is just going to pay rent on time, people will keep buying property without hiccups as this drags on...ludicrous.I'm really worried about credit freezing as it would affect my business as I have several personal rehabs going from LOCs I have.BTW - who is Leasing a property if there is a massive quarantine?
